THE DILEMMA OF HELPING THE POOR - Having hung around over 400+ of the most successful business and digital marketing people in the world these last 8 days, I was reminded again of the very BIG CONTRAST in the way they think and act and the way poor people act and think.

As i pondered this, I remembered the immortal words of Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba when he said in frustration after trying so hard to help poor that "The worst people to serve are the Poor people. According to him, most poor people are simply difficult to serve or please:
- Give them free, they think it's a trap.
- Tell them it's a small investment, they'll say can't earn much.
- Tell them to come in big, they'll say no money.
- Tell them to try new things, they'll say they are not sure it will work.
- Tell them it's traditional business, they'll say hard to do.
- Tell them it's a new business model, they'll say it's MLM.
- Tell them to run a shop, they'll say it robs them of freedom.
- Tell them run new business, they'll say they have no expertise.
- Tell them to come for FREE training, they will tell you the venue is too far (my own addition)
- You tell them come and devote 3 days a week to learn internet marketing, they tell you they are too busy to devote 3 days a week, though they dont have any viable income generating job (my own addition)
- They wont come to see how you are making the money online, but they have no problems asking you for handouts form the money you are making from it (my own addition)
Most of the poor young people do have some things in common:
- They love to ask google, but do nothing with what they learnt from google
- They still listen to friends who are as hopeless as them,
- They think more than a university professor and do less than a blind man.
- Just ask them, what can they do. They won't be able to answer you.
My conclusion and advise to poor people:
Instead of your heart beating faster, why not you just act faster a bit;
Instead of just thinking about it, why not start doing something about it.
Instead of looking for handouts, why not learn and WORK HARD at getting the things done by yourself (my own addition)
Instead of blaming Jonathan or Buhari for lack of job, why dont you think about creating a job for yourself (my own addition)
